We are a team of dedicated, caring people providing comprehensive HIV/AIDS services in the Southern Tier of New York. We work towards creating a world where HIV transmission is rare and those who are HIV+ lead healthy lives.

Our Services

All STAP’s programs and services recognize the importance of you, as an individual. We also know that behavior change is a gradual process. We believe in everyone’s ability to live a happier and healthier life, achieved through small everyday changes.

All our services are free and confidential. We are here to help you explore ways to improve your health and reduce your risk. Whether you are a person living with HIV/AIDS, an individual with other chronic medical conditions, or a person who needs HIV, Hepatitis C, or Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing services, STAP is here for you.

Over thirty years’ experience with HIV service provision, as well as a commitment to HIV, Hepatitis and LGBT-related education in our communities, make STAP the place to turn for dedicated professional client and community services.
